Hi friends!!! Today i"ll share my personal experience to which i got influenced a lot. Really it was so influential and motivational that i could not stop myself from mentioning about that through a post. I am sure you too will be motivated through it. Apart from having knowledge you will be knowing skills of implementing it.
As no "KNOWLEDGE" is "KNOWLEDGE" untill it is lived and experienced.

It has been scientifically proven that once you are confident and enthusiastic about something your vigour to achieve increases at a great pace.. And it is often seen that in this situation the output is even more than the expected.

You all must have heard about an American company "GENERAL ELECTRIC" (GE). Once again for a quick remind this company is running 13 bussiness throughout the world, and is at top in all the 13 bussiness. The EX-CEO of GE "JACK WELCH" has given many reasons for the company being no. 1 in all the bussiness. The simple strategy for being its no. 1 is caring and looking forward to each and every basics needed. Everyone can dare to challenge Mr. JACK WELCH that his campany can be better than his. But before doing that has anyone thought, what might be the actual challenges faced and overcome by the company.

The very basic principle which i could find is
"SPEAK LESS DILIVER MORE."
Instead of boasting about the regular progress the company worked on the theory of "CORPORATE SALVATION". According to this theory managers start their work with passion from 0 to cent percent and then instead of boasting about the achievements they again start working with the same zeal as if they are starting again from basics. Now it has also been seen that this theory is also being implemented with great energy by "MICROSOFT"-Bill Gates and "APPLE"-Steve Jobs.
A very new coined term "CORPORATE AVENGELISM",how can anyone forget to apply it in his company. It simply means it is people who make the company. The name and fame of the company is through its work and the managers use art of getting things done from its employees in the form of work called organisational goal. A simple example of it is a company who has re-brand its corporate image. It is none other than "NOKIA" for having no. 1,brillient technology.
Mr. JACK WELCH's famous theory which helped it in its success is "CORPORATE EMACIATION". It refers to churning of employees to be productive. To fight with global compitition was not the issue, but it's his successful perception- Leaders work brilliently under pressure. So the company put the pressure on top executives and it was seen that they performed exceptionally well. So was the success story of JACK WELCH and most importantly "GENERAL ELECTRIC"...

Crooked or Straight-forward

Its better to be crooked and win rather than to be straight-forward and lose.

Crooked does not mean cheating. It basically means bending the ideas and presenting them in our own style. The ultimate aim is to win,no matter how it is achieved. So different strategies are followed to acheive success in our aim. Pleasure of winning and fame,both these are achieved through hard work and adopting different ways,styles and methods of solving the problem..

The only(1ly) thing i can say is,

Winners don't do different things,they do things differently..
I do not compete against others,the one with whom i compete against is myself because one day I'll beat the competition and then with whom against I'll compete..

Different methods and strategies are adopted to win. Today is the world of compitition and it is most important to inmpement our strength and ideas smartly in own own fasion to stand and exist in this world.

Lets take an example from our daily life. We all see cricket. It's an example of Austalian cricket team. The team has dominated the world cricket for more than a decade. How?

No doubt that they have played some very good cricket in the past,but one thing that is commonly faced by the teams who compete against Austalia is "SLEDGING". They prompt the batsman by the remarks. They prompt them to commit mistake and throw their wicket.

So this is a part of winning strategy.

US strategy is also one of the major reason for US to be amongst the developed countries. They only(1ly) believe in winning. As an example ,citizenship is being provided to atheletes and thats why a large number of golds are won by them in every olympics. Because of their being first everywhere they are provided with veto power,a greatest power for taking a global decision.

Making and believing in our own thoughts and concepts also matters a lot. As everyone is unique and has different thoughts, so why not to implement them according to new styles and too in our own unique stlyles.

Who says being Crooked and win doesn't give self satisfaction? Rather i must say people are very much happy and satisfied in adopting their own ways, i mean the path to success.

Being alert,quick and adopting proper measures with application of brain will make us win and it gives us the real pleasure,i.e.,the pleasure of winning.

Confidence is the root cause of winning. The proper information you have is useless unless you are able to express it properly.

Being straight-forward and lose will lead to nowhere. Instead we should be crooked,in the form of acting smartly and winning.

Even in the corporate world as well in addition to your potential it is important to make a good impression. It is important to get into the picture.

So i think nothing lies in losing. Why to loose and say negatively.

Try!Try!Try! Untill you succeed.
Success is never ending and failure is never final.

The above two sentences looks good only in written. We all know how painful the losing is!

So we must have confidence,proper approach,positive attitude which may lead to success..

KNOWLEDGE~~Its easy..

Most of us think that giving lectures and attending moral classes gives us nothing.
Self confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.One just need to have determination and the final destination is yours.If a reason is made to work hard and progress,it becomes very easy.

So what to wait for,why not to make a reason from now onwards.Let me share you an example from my life.Frankly speaking my dear friends,i have a reason to go ahead.I have a dream girl in my imagination.According to me she is the most beautiful girl on this earth...

But a small fact is "She is more intelligent than me".So its a reason for me to work hard as i know that she is made for me and this gives me a boost up every morning when i have a thought about her.Not nessesary that a boy should make a girl a reason and girl a boy.I have just written what i thought.Similarly the passion, the desire, and imagination can be made a reason to reach a top hill.

So my friends a reason made everything easy, easy and easy....

5 steps to increase your knowledge:

1.>Positivism:- Positivism is a philosophy that holds that the only authentic knowledge is that based on actual sense experience. Positivity i.e,your positive attitude towards diffentent things you want to gain experience from. This will help you a lot not only in understanding the problem but also in crossing overseas.
2.>Confidence-based learning:-Confidence-Based Learning is a methodology used in learning and training that measures a learner's knowledge quality by determining both the correctness of the learner's knowledge and his or her confidence in that knowledge. Confidence must to be appeared in a crowd.
3. >Continuing Professional Development:-Continuing Professional Development can be defined as the conscious updating of professional knowledge and the improvement of professional competence throughout a person's working life. It is a commitment to being professional, keeping up to date and continuously seeking to improve. Being professional is nessesary as the competion is tough and it will help you gain a lot.
4. >Strategies:-Strategy a most important step for completion of our target in a well planned manner. It plays a very important role as it covers time management and the methods and procedures adopted.
5. >Implementation:-Last but not least you have to implement the above steps with great zeal. The success is yours....

Knowledge-The Power

Knowledge.. A very common word.

Knowledge is defined as expertise, and skills acquired by a person through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. Knowledge can be gained through hard work and awareness about the subject. Once you are clear with what to do and how can we do it then it becomes very easy for us to cope up with it. The goal comes very near to us.
Knowledge includes keywords like perception, learning, communication, association and reasoning. The term knowledge is also used to mean the confident understanding of a subject with the ability to use it for a specific purpose if appropriate.Debates,speeches,articles,intervies contribute a lot to your knowledge.If any work is started with full confidence thinking that my friend who is perfect now had once started like me..So it becomes very easy for us to do any work watever it is!!!

A prompt by a novel made me think about me. Why not to write something about me...

The following two articles from My life. "12th...huh.." and "Life after exams", what i feel to write about me.

I love.........my life..

Below it is "Knowledge~its easy. ",really feel it's easy...

After taking inspiration from a novel "I too had a love story",by Ravinder Singh i wrote the following two articles..

The 3rd one is what i feel in general and my motivation...

A favourite thing,i mean realy favourite is a think which you like others to see and praise it. It is the thing which you want others to say it's beautiful...

A simple thing which will make you laugh...

Should I work hard?
Should I be not reckless?
Should I be disciplined?
Should I stop flirting?
Just ask youself.....
....... i mean why should i ??? :-)

Isn't it funny... If no then you have to work upon it!!!

Twelth... huh..

Our exams were about to come and there was studies,studies and studies all over. Curiousity for compititive exams for giving them for the first time was on a top hill. Hard work was the expections from me by everyone. The major reason was my mumma was also in the same school in which i was studying. So i could not do any such task for which my mumma has to feel guilt for. Moreover i was not interesting in anything else apart from my studies.

So it was like all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. That moment i was jealous of my friends on having enjoying with thier beautiful girlfriends. But i was stick to my mumma's words.

I remember she often used to say me

"Never spoil ur life after girls. N-E-V-E-R".

I too wanted to study as apart from my 12th, i had study for various compititive exams as well. In which IIT's was on the top.

So days passed like that,i was regular at my school rather had to be and after my return from school i had to board for my coaching classes. At first i was very serious for that and when time paased on looking such a vast syllabus,still managed to had confidence to cover it.

In my class i used to sit with my friend Avinash,as the neccesity made him my friend. Actually his father too was a teacher in our school and he used to teach us physics one of my favourite subject.

Avinash was very good at interaction specially with girls.. I often used to ask him and rather used to take tips too that how he can talk continuosly for so long with a girl. And even with them too,whom he started taking hours before or a day before.

"yaar kya baat r these all girls your friends??"
"Haan yehi samaj le, beta u carry on with your studies.. i just love to talk with them."

i mummered slowly,"do your father know all about it?".
He confidently answered,"yeah i am very frank with my father. i share each and everything with my father."

I intentionally asked him this and that too about his father because i think his father would be the most dangerous in his family and its always been said that father is the head of the family.

I said "Good".. though i was thinking how he could do all that. Because in my case i could not tell all this of even of my fellow mate to my parents then what about if i"ll tell anything such about me.

So days were passing and our exams were coming near and near. So were our preparation. We gave our pre-boards. I could not perform well in that but there was a sigh of relief as we were having one more. So i prepared hard for that as my parents were also worried a lot about me and they told me to just concentrate on your 12th studies.. My father was more worried about my marks but my mother still had a faith on me that i"ll somehow manage to get good marks.

The time for our boards was near so the tensions increased (not for me but for my parents) as i wanted to concentarte more on my compititive studies. So once when my father saw me studying those books,he warned me to close those books and to concentrate only on NCERT's. So i too had to made up my mind for studying only for boards..

So now my tensions increased and started working to reduce them. But at the same time my confidence was still high only though movies which i used to watch ocassionally.

Then came the time for boards. Exams started and everyone was wishing good luck and giving tips to get good mark. Apart from studing hard i started counting the days left to study from now onwards. (which i always used to say my mom this counting figure is more left to study, a sort of reverse counting). For a particular exam i woked only for it forgetting completely my rest of the exams,giving my 100% which i could. So the days paased like this and the willingness to enjoy a lot after the exams made it more easy..

Time-after exams

Got admission in a college,not IIT's as till then i had accepted the real fact that something more was required for that which i lacked. At that time when some of my friends with whom i used to sit and attend my coaching classes got admission in IIT's the first thing that came to my mind was apart from their hard work,determination and knowledge what things their mother must have given them to eat so that they were able to restore in their mind whatever they studied.

Now i too was happy on accepting the real fact instead of blaming the destiny and cursing my luck. Now started spending time with my cousin Lakshay,who often used to give me tips regarding everything.. I mean studies,behavior,enjoying and most importantly on being satisfied with what you have.

So one day when i was getting bored and when i called him,he told me about registering on a social networking site named "TAGGED" which came into existence in 2004. It was a new site and i was not aware of it. So when i registered there at first i was confused as i was trying to gather and learn each and every information required to operate it properly.

So i was too happy now as i could find something different. I started looking various profiles(obviously of girls). I searched for many profiles in different cities. I found a most beautiful profile and it was of a girl from Jaipur(the pink city). It was the most beautiful profile amongst those which i saw there.

"Hey !!@@!! Dis is Kushagra from Dehradun. Can v talk if u wish..?"
"hiii..." was the reply from other side.

So we started with the conversation which lasted for about half an hour where i got the opportunity to boast about mine being a nationalist in chess and about my percentage of 12th. A day after too we had a tete-a-tete and now my profile showed that i had a friend in my friend list..

In this way we talked for few days when i became busy with my studies and as my parents wanted me to learn a new language of our coarse. But meanwhile i messaged..

"I'll be coming online and replying your message whenever ur message will come."

So this continued for few months, as i used to check my gmail account occasionally which depicted whether there was a message on my tagged account or not. So as for few days when i din't got any message. And why would she? For how long can the same thing continuous..

Then i opened the account and messaged..
"If this continuous 1ly thing that will happen is ur frnds will reduce from 23 to 22 and mine from 1 to 0.."
"It's not that,u r taking me wrong",was the reply.

So we started taking again in the same fashion where i was enjoying the talks. She was not having a pic(which my friends call 'dp') on her profile and i too was not having that in my profile. The same thing continued for few days more when my fellow mate asked me to not to believe at girls..

"Gals !!! Damn! Will take you into waters.."

So my utmost care for her reduced thereby and we even had a fight after which i deleted my tagged account. I remember when it asked me the reason for deleting the account,i mentioned

"The people on tagged are no good."

Now i was back with my cousin. We invented new ways to enjoy together. Looking forward and enjoying life to the fullest is the only(1ly) solution to all problems. So we started enjoying each and every moment of life..

The one most important thing i learnt from him and now makes other learn is that..

"A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E" man,its attitude not aptitude,which takes you to altitude..

So have self confidence and instead of following paths constructed and owned by others,discover your own path to success. It's a never ending process.....
